In this section you will learn about the transition of students with disabilities from school to adult life, also known as secondary transition.  After completing this module, you should be familiar with various adult and human service agencies.  You will also be able to address transition issues within your IEP, and see the connection between your curriculum, whatever age you teach and the adult life of your students.

Most of the content dealing with transition is provided under the heading of IDEA 1997.
