Errors typically occur on the latter trials of the day or session

Latter trials errors could be due to fatigue, or confusion during the course of the presentation.

Potential Remedy

As with statement 13, the teacher should vary the trials and sessions in which she takes data. This is particularly the case if she doesn't take data during all of the sessions. Routinely taking data during one particular session each day or week will skew the data.
