An enclave is a supported employment model where more than one individual is employed at a single setting.  In a clustered enclave, a group of employees work together doing similar tasks.  For example, a group of 4 workers might work together bussing tables, or washing dishes.  They may work together in an office filing papers.  Clustered implies the workers are working together on similar tasks.  In acarpenter_sawing_md_clr.gif dispersed enclave, the same group of 4 workers are doing a variety

Using our evaluative criteria,

Workers do make minimum wage unless special arrangements have been made through the Department of Labor for them to make less than minimum wage.
Workers are performing socially valuable work or service.
Workers are more likely to be integrated.
